School on Wheels Massachusetts

A Massachusetts nonprofit working to end the cycle of homelessness through education. School on Wheels delivers academic, social, and emotional support to students impacted by homelessness and poverty through three core programs: tutoring, Bridge mentoring, and the distribution of backpacks and school supplies. The work meets kids exactly where they are.

Rodman for Kids

A Massachusetts organization that strengthens more than 40 youth-focused nonprofits through networking, professional development, shared best practices, and direct financial investment in its partners. Rodman also runs its own programs, including the Ride for Kids cycling event and Theatre for Kids, which puts the performing arts within reach of young people who would otherwise never see a stage. The connective tissue that helps an entire ecosystem grow stronger.

Ron Burton Training Village

Founded in 1985 by the late NFL player Ron Burton, RBTV trains young people through education, leadership, physical wellness, social development, and spiritual growth. Programs are built around four core values: love, peace, patience, and humility, with strong outcomes in high school graduation and college acceptance. The organization that changed how I thought about giving back.

Light Foundation

Light Foundation

Founded in 2001 by three-time Super Bowl champion Matt Light and his wife Susie, The Light Foundation runs outdoor and hands-on youth programs across New England and the Midwest. Their R.E.A.L. framework, Responsible, Ethical, Accountable Leaders, shapes the programming at Camp Vohokase, building self-confidence, work ethic, and leadership in young people through experiences they can't get anywhere else.

Mend by Me

Mend by Me

A Peekskill, New York nonprofit built on a simple but powerful idea: recycle, reuse, repurpose. Mend by Me runs free pop-up shops, repair cafes, and bike repair programs for families in need, domestic violence survivors, newly arrived immigrants, fire victims, and the broader Peekskill community. Practical help, delivered with dignity.

Reynolds Center TLC

Reynolds Center TLC

Founded in 2011 by authors Peter H. Reynolds and Paul Reynolds, the Boston-based Reynolds Center equips students and educators with creative STEAM and storytelling tools. Their work blends technology, media, and storytelling to build creative confidence, empathy, and a passion for exploration in learners worldwide. International Dot Day, one of their signature initiatives, now reaches millions of kids every September.

Strategic Support & Guidance Over the Years

Wonderfund MA

Founded by former First Lady of Massachusetts Lauren Baker, the Wonderfund supports more than 35,000 children engaged with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families. They fund enrichment experiences in music, athletics, academics, and camp, provide essentials for kids entering emergency foster care, and run the Wonderfund Access Card program with cultural and recreational partners across the state. The work that fills the gaps the system can't.

Corey C Griffin Foundation

Established in memory of Corey C. Griffin (1986-2014), the foundation supports educational, healthcare, and mentorship programs for youth from under-resourced communities in Massachusetts, serving more than 10,000 kids annually. The work runs through 11 partner organizations using their Four Types of Capital model, financial, human, social, and physical, and is anchored by signature events like the Boston Winter Ball and CoreyFest.

Campaign for Catholic Schools

A Boston organization transforming Catholic education in urban communities through a co-sponsorship model. CCS consolidated 10 struggling parish schools into two thriving regional academies, Saint John Paul II Catholic Academy in Boston and Trinity Catholic Academy in Brockton, now serving more than 1,500 PreK through Grade 8 students across five campuses. Proof that systems can be rebuilt when the will is there.
